Children wow Holyrood with their song for Scotland’s children
Children from Early Years Scotland's 2 Stay Play and Learn service, and Chesters Nursery in Drumchapel, Glasgow last night (15 May) became the youngest ever performers to appear at the Scottish Parliament as they premiered their ‘song for Scotland’s children’.

Bring a friend to Bookbug - free events across Scotland for Bookbug Week 2018
Hundreds of free events for children and babies will be held across the country for Bookbug Week 2018. The annual celebration of Scotland’s national book-gifting programme and Song and Rhyme Sessions is run by Scottish Book Trust, the national charity changing lives through reading and writing. This year’s theme is ‘Bookbug’s Friends’ and events will take place between 14 and 20 May.

Call for organisations to join council to help end holiday hunger
Glasgow City Council is seeking support from organisations, individuals, third sector and voluntary groups across the city to help deliver a range of school summer holiday programmes that will include free meals for every nursery, primary and secondary school pupil who wish to take part.
