 Job description:

A vacancy has arisen for a manager to lead the small team of Early Years Practitioners who look after a maximum of 24 children daily during term time. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated, confident, and able to meet deadlines and targets. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the organisation as well as leading and supporting staff.

In addition to operating term time, the organisation provides childcare provision during the school holidays and local school in-service days subject to demand.

Applicants should hold at least SVQ level 4 in Childcare or equivalent and be willing to work towards a level 9 qualification in Childhood Practice or BA Childhood practice.

You will be required to join the PVG scheme as well as register for the SSSC.

Experience:

• management: 1 year (preferred)
• Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
• background in fundraising

Education:

• HNC Childhood Practice
• Working towards a BA Childhood Practice

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Expected hours:
Full-time, No more than 35 per week.Monday to Friday
