Lead Practitioner

Marina View Nursery in Troon is seeking a Lead Practitioner.

This role involves supporting the manager in the monitoring of the setting and leading the team in the 3-5 year playroom.

The individual will be playroom based and should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to their role, support staff and provide a positive role model for all staff.

Essential Criteria:

• B.A. Childhood Practice or a qualification at level 9 in a relative subject.
• Previous experience of working in a senior role.
