Early Years Scotland (EYS) has carried out a consultation exercise with its members to discuss the key themes arising from the Scottish Social Services Council’s (SSSC) ‘Have Your Say’ Workforce Wellbeing Survey, which aimed to hear about the experiences of those working in social work, social care and children and young people (CYP) services.
