EYS members fear impact of Employer National Insurance increase

The increase in Employer National Insurance Contributions (ENICs), introduced at the beginning of April, will negatively impact many early years settings, leading to fee increases and reductions in staffing levels and child intake.

That was the strong message that came out of an Early Years Scotland survey of member settings on the potential impact of the ENICs.
