New guidance on becoming a SCIO or Company

Early Years Scotland has produced guidance notes to assist any Early Years charity considering becoming an incorporated organisation (SCIO) or Company.
Changing to a SCIO or Company provides protection for charity trustees and the guide is designed to help Early Years charities decide whether it is the right move for them.
