Three of the dads who participate in Early Years Scotland’s (EYS) prison-based services have written short stories for a newly published children’s book.
The dads, who attend the Fathers Programme in HMP Barlinnie in Glasgow, were successful in a UK wide competition to write a short story for children around the theme of magic.
‘Everyday Magic’ by C Wheeler (the pen name given to the contributors to the book) is available to buy as a paperback or as a Kindle on
Amazon with all proceeds going to charity.
The Barlinnie dads wrote two of the short stories in the book: ‘The Magical Tree’ and ‘Amazing Amy and her Dinosaur Dory’.
