The Minister for Public Health and Sport, Aileen Campbell MSP, has launched Eat Better Feel Better’s latest healthy eating initiative.
This year’s campaign will focus on helping frustrated parents get greens on plates, and children across Scotland will be challenged to try a new veg every day for five days.
Parents will be directed to eatbetterfeelbetter.co.uk for more information and advice to help them make healthier changes to the way they shop, cook and eat.
Over 52,000 mums in Scotland claimed to have taken action to shop, cook and eat more healthily following the most recent burst of Eat Better Feel Better – a figure that the Scottish Government hopes to increase with the support of community groups.
